I don't think you are being harsh at all. Most of us have seen a pattern over the last year and I don't think any of us can pre judge after six short months out of re-emergence and recovery from illness.  We can, but I am not sure if it will be a complete picture.  The brush strokes sure as hell have been sloppy at times.  Let's see if he can clean the picture up a bit.
