there are scammers out there- just dont like the dishonesty of their PR shouting transparency when a lot of decisions are more attuned to their profit motive and hurt many co's who dont have the funds to jump through all their hoops so those co's end up being on a lower class than they would've been if it werent for the high filing etc fees otc charges -
