I'd be more concerned about the scam companies hiding behind the QB penny rule as a way to split and continue to dilute at the expense of ill advised/informed investors/traders. As I've said before, the PTB should be more concerned about the manipulation/games that take place if they are serious about effecting meaningful change. But alas, it's all apparently rigged, as we see with everything around us, including the stock market, commodities, politics, etc,
