otcs new .01 bid price for otcqb on a rollout schedule beginning May 1 apparently keyed to companies fiscal years, does NOT apply to pink companies-you can view the entire fact sheet at otcmarkets.com -the hated pdf which i dont want to bother converting to a reasonable file type which can be copied and pasted
and bizarrely-just to make things more confusing- w otc acting as if they were regulatory- sec reporting co's who cannot maintain a pps of 1c will be listed by otc as pink current instead of the current otcqb -what does that have to do w transparency?
