Hi otctrader, I think that midterm you are right. While like a lot of people on this board, I think the fundamentals trump the aspect of technical analysis, the fact of the share structure/unlocking of the restricted shares midterm is a very heavy factor that keeps pounding the share price and it can't be denied that you have been pretty spot on. While my outlook is also more focused to a 2-5 year timeline and I personally think/hope that the Hemp Technologies LTD deal will give us a little more push before that, it would be nice if this was something that would be addressed after our licenses is in the books.

I would like to think that part of our problem is that at this point the schedule of the restricted shares coming into the market is known and we will be a victim of programed selling coupled with shorting these dates until the license is in hand and this issue will probably add to the volatility following licensure for the first few months until or unless the traders start to get burned. I also agree that moving forward it is more important for Bill to take into account the new investors that will be trying to absorb these shares and address this in time.

I am looking forward to the next couple of weeks and am very optimistic. I think that Bill has done all that could be asked up to this point, and that we have set ourselves apart from the rest of the sector. That being said I also agree that this is a valid thing that needs to be addressed/discussed.
