It seems relatively simple, we're staying down because shorts need to make money and we need to load cheap. We stay cheap because of bid whackers and impatient sellers. A lot of people buy expecting it to blow up within a few days, when it doesn't they sell. So we're here to starve out the short terms until RFMK inside management blows the PPS through the roof.
