correct, I believe it was just a contingency plan as well. possibly something to the effect of the private investors were going to finance the build out originally and on licensing approval they will get grow life's shares + juice on the build out loan, and if the grow life deal falls through they are the first up to get an equity stake in the company etc. smart plan imo
