i think the new deal is great for us, and i do believe that Bill lined this deal up in case the PHOT deal fell through, not as an addition. its right there in the PR "alternative"

i imagine we will never know who the private investor is. what is important is that we have the funding to continue our build out and that we have equipment that will be coming in a at a lower cost. Bill knocked it out of the park with this. glad he had the foresight to line something up when he started to see all the cards in PHOTs deck.
