Yes. Lawyers can be bastards if they are getting paid. I think these guys screwed up. They don't have attorneys. And they don't have a claim. And it looks to me like shit is straight. That's a technical legal term. Ha ha.
Investors should not get bogged down with the minutiae. If they PR Doug, folks complain. If they don't PR Doug, folks think that must mean (oh no) we're not gonna sponsor Doug anymore. We've all been bitching about timelines and all the rest. I read JB all over this. It is legally binding. And it looks like we just scraped the dog shit off our boots. Maybe now we can become the righteous company we were meant be.
