Considering we're going to get partial updates from people driving by posting pics I think it's important that Bill gives a clearer picture of what we're seeing. Say someone with an agenda drives by a posts the least appealing pics they can it'll raise a lot more questions.
Plus maybe it is keeping the price down because people can calculate the lisence timeframe it's giving us more time to buy blocks.
