* The market knows this is happening so no concern on the construction validity -- if we time this properly we could catch many shorts off guard along with more interest long-term. Massive amounts of investors are waiting for the vault to be built. At this point, I feel investors are tired of the updates and don't care about them anymore. Traders only care about the inspection date and license.  This should be trading around 10-11 or higher right now.. but the pictures are damaging the pps.

In my experience, huge news drops are healthier for a stock long-term as opposed to allowing traders to trade within 24/7 updates. Secrecy is the best policy at this point in the game. We know this is happening this month, but people cant know when.

Day traders are tearing this stock apart.
