Approval of stockholders was just for PHOT to increase their O/S that has already happened. FITX gets PHOT shares upon license to grow 1.3 million lbs if they get licensed but not for that amount the deal gets adjusted, The only question in my mind which I have not read a firm clarification as of yet is weather the shares are worth $40 million at .17 a share or market value. I know many on this board think it is market Value but for me the jury is still out on that one. Either way I love the long term prospects of this company.
