Catty..the shareholders of PHOT voted in favor of that move a LONG time ago my friend. So that is a DONE DEAL. I will say that I was a bit nervous a few days leading up to that vote but when it happened and the vote was in favor of authorizing more shares I got very excited. You see Catty, PHOT does not have any marijuana product...no tangible weed per say...but by inking a deal with FITX that Bill put together with his team, that essentially put PHOT into the growing business as well with a 25% stake in Cen-biotech (not Creative Edge or the hemp side). But not until the license is issued. But without the deal then PHOT is restricted to simply supplying infrastructure like equipment and such to the growers.
