Hello guys, this is why Bill is building from the ground up, HC regulations are extensive, I am sure he wants to comply with every single one of them to secured the license. This link is for the 11 levels of security on the storage of controlled subtances and other security requirements.
One of my friends serves as one of the directors at the Everglades Correctional Institution, we were talking about weed legalization last night, well to make the story short I showed him all the pics from the construction and he says: " I think your Bill is building a jail for weed". Lol. That's what it looks like.
