Hi, scout. A really neat site you found there. From pics of the trees at bayano, it looks like the trees will be much heavier than I thought. you are right. The tigerlynk will indeed need to be heavy duty. Much more robust than the prototype. As I recall, the 60 ft arms was suppose to be able to lift around 100,000 lbs. however, the 120 ft arms could only lift 5,000 lbs. As some trees look to be 5-6 ft in diameter and 60-100 feet or more in length, that is gonna be a lot of weight. Good news, I think is, while we are using divers, it seems it will take nearly the same amount of time to harvest a huge tree vs a smaller tree. huge tree of exotic species should bring in much bigger bucks.


I gotta think we are about to turn a very significant corner with himr very soon. I am starting to get more excited.
