only 17 days to TX trial-which could be a farce due to widespread manipulation (absent intervention/justice which could begin apr 15)- but that shouldnt affect present cwrn as per what geos asking for(essentially against Bob only I think)-
and may open way for brad to feel free to provide some info -because geo had tried to involve brad as part of its fishing expedition in TX case-
which brad like myself probably thought would be over last summer as scheduled-thus the timing in the may 2013 pr was likely thrown off when Tx trial was delayed several times
the real much much larger shooting match will be cwrn's case against geo in CA but once tx case is over geos claims will be over-so I dont see CA case blocking info flow like tx case-not to same extent at least
