plus ca 10000 gray stocks-varies widely- and ca 500 ce-maybe more as part of the attack on low pennies designed to force them to run otcs gauntlet and be forced to upgrade to current class-you guessed it -to benefit otcs profit
with non-regulatory otcmarkets .com [ a for profit public company which created the otc classifcation scheme for profit -transparency too but HUGE profit conflict of interest]
imposing new fees on companies including $10000/yr to be listed on its self-made listing scheme- to increase otc's profits- 40% of its profits come from fees charged co's for filings on otc-this will actually push some co's down into lower classifications and sometimes into the gray market-as many of these co's dont have any revenue, let alone net income, to pay a bribe price of 13000/year to just maintain a limited info class
makes no difference to cwrn now but thats a reason cwrn reduced its class from limited info to no info after sept 30 2009 because ca $3000 fees annually to otc just for filings was a big chunk of its $15000/qtr expenses in 2009 prior to operations
