Bells. From the gut, do you think Benz doesn't know about the inside gang at AEGY?
Benz knows we need AEGY. We can't do without a Amazon style platform.
Benz, I am sure, wants to oust all the Hipple players for good. Get rid of Berrera, Burke, Hipple and that gal once and for all. This would highly depend on the NEW corporate officers to be installed. That will make or break the merger.
If the right corp officers - Bingo.
With brisk sales, via PharmaJanes, the working capital deficit and the 10 million debt could be erased quickly. Cash on hand will be available for stock repurchase.
I am giving Benz alot of credit to get this approach done.
