The merger thing is clouding the field. We shareholders, or most all of us, didn't ask for that issue. It was forced upon us because insiders want to dump converted shares. In pursuing a process overseen by regulators of lowered tolerance, they are counterproductively ratcheting up their risk. Hopefully, they will see the light and back off. Delay it for a year. What's the rush?  SKTO/BB, left alone, will be much higher then.
