as a public company, I don't think the shares can go to certain shareholders. It goes to the company ie an investment account on the balance sheet. the company is an entity.

I could be wrong, but that is what my 4 year accounting degree tells me.

on a side note, it is tax season and I work for my dad (small firm), he keeps catching me on these boards..lol
