I have been thinking about the 235 million shares of PHOT that are coming. If I remember correctly, the press release said that they would go to certain shareholders. Bill has also been talking about a share buy back but you can not do that without money.

A portion of the restricted PHOT shares could be used in an exchange for the restricted shares of FITX with the shares of FITX being retired.

This would massively clean up the share structure and FITX pps would fly.
