All you have to do to file the annual report is make any changes on the internet form, electronically sign, pay and hit file.  I suspect that some people have their staff do it.  RH crowned himself “Corporate Counsel” on all of his companies on March 25th.  When Benz is not looking, these guys do stupid shit.

What we have in GoldNApel and Berkeley Bio is righteous. There’s no room here for liars, cheats & thieves.  I’d like to think that we’ll have the advantage in the end. This is not a scam company.  Berkeley Bio is the real deal. And I imagine that Dr. Apel might not remember how to make iced tea with these turds stinking up the place.
