Good theory but incorrect. I got Benz on the phone the other day and informed him of the Hipple appearance on Sunbiz as well as the AEGY notes that appeared. He was just getting back from London and... Let's say quite $&@!€£ surprised. He suggested that perhaps RJH office accidentally responded to a pro forma letter... and JB has since gone into internal battle mode (IMO).
Unless there's a retraction of the 3 AEGY notes that appeared, I'm going to consider the Sunbiz update window dressing for self preservation, and I can't help but believe there's just too many "problem children" for JB to babysit.
If this company was a used car I wouldn't buy it. I checked the car fax and it's horrifying. Since I already own it though... Idk what to do. At this point I feel like it's an ex gf that I invested a year of time into and can't get over.
