no they will use that money for the whole entire buildout of the 10 acre plot of land they have. Those guys are working hard on a huge piece of land and will continue working hard after the license is granted. We have to meet revenue requirements before we are uplisted to the Nasdaq. I thought the way to accomplish this was through a merger between PHOT and CEN Biotech inc. or EDXC and someone else in the marijuana field. Maybe Hemp LTD will surprise  us with millions of dollars in profit and we can uplist right away. but as for right now that cash isn't enough to do it. Maybe Bill has a rabbit up his sleeve? I hope Bill is saving something Juicy for April 1st.
