Yeah man BIG TIME! April 4th (an extension) is the day both parties agreed (and the reason the lawsuit was dropped) to consummate the the contract (As I understand it). Growlife needs to fund and hand over the Shares contracted, by doing so FITX will be cash rich which means qualifying for a NASDAQ up-listing for starters!  (Only MHO!)
