I've seen them. This is how business works in pink land...
Ring ring... "hey its the hipster, I need some money, like $150k, lets split it into 3 chunks so it doesnt look as bad."
loan shark friend/partner.... "ok that'll be dozens of millions of shares payable at 1/3 of today's share price."
hipster.... "what the hell do i care? just send the money I need a paycheck."
