If RH can offer the SEC a valid reason for being currently being listed as Corporate Counsel and officer of a publicly trading company by the Florida Sec. of State before his five-year "Officer and Director bar" expires in March 2015, the bar having been imposed by the SEC on March 11, 2010, so be it.
