I'm present as well BoBo, just PMing instead of public posting. yep, very concerned about the market's reaction to a 10K if it doesn't include the China revs, but hoping their new auditors are able to find a way around the state secrets issue that so many are having trouble with right now. lawsuit is a bummer too, and as a shareholder I'd really really like to hear from the company regarding that and have them toss out some news early to help offset both concerns.

but, the one thing I have to disagree on is it hurting us that EWSI would be tough in the negotiating room. they have "partners" and they have "acquisitions". Their partners and shareholders appreciate that they leave the liabilities behind when gaining assets that will strengthen the company. There is no way you can build a company through mergers and acquisitions without being really good at coming out on top.
