I would have say that "yes" the security system has been ordered.  I have no experience in the process of installing a security system, but I can't imagine that it takes more than a few days once the fence is completed.  If the poles are already in place, then it should be just mounting and running the wiring.  A professional security company should be able to do that quickly.
