30% is too high - best case is 20%. Probably closer to 15%. Still, the value of KMAG is way undervalued.
The $7.5M in sales would also be a big increase if you are talking about quarterly sales. If you think that they can get to $7.5M in quarterly sales, then you need to multiply you number by 4 to annualize the rev and profit.
A $30M rev at 15% with 20 times earnings would yield a price of $.12/share using 750M shares.
