You know that is a short sighted statement.... Of course they do not have revenue and your analysis is both accurate and flawed. If they had been distributing for a year and had no revenue, yes your analysis would hold buckets of water. They have had their license for a week and a half....distribution for 2 days, so there's is your flaw. The company appears to have a plan. A plan they are executing and not taking 23 years to do it. We all are unsure of what is to come next but it is a blank canvas with contracts and partners to fulfill.
I would note that the declaration is a savvy move. 5% of shares outstanding is like only 15 million shares.. So seriously, this is not dilution like pennies often see... Or like pp's being handed out in bunches... Basically anyone who buys 100k at .04 gets 2k in value in dividends, and if they hold and the price goes up...then the value of of that dividend goes up .. Thus increasing its yield.... I believe they KNOW they have some good news coming and that the value will increase thus minimizing dilution impact and increasing yield... But we will see...
You probably disagree with this, and I know how you feel about this company or did when I originally told you.... Would have been a great play for your matrix group....
