Gotta lol ok I didn't know Easter was on 4/20 this year!! HC will issue a license once the facility is up to standards, i.e security fence,cameras and vault. Bill stated that will have those in place and ready for inspection sometime after Easter. The 4/1 date set by HC was just the day laws were meant to change regarding how people receive they're Mj, recent events have postponed that.
