ok..  I've been all over the HC website and cant find any info on when they actually issue licenses.  Only that the new program begins on 4/1.  I have not seen anything to suggest that licenses will be issued after 4/20...I can't imagine that 4/20 is a date that would hold any significance to HC.  Or is it totally coincidental?  That's why I laughed.
