FYI, I am a new shareholder - I'd wager more recently than yourself even. I have seen plenty of previous financial info, great detail about their products from their website, not to mention the latest financial data available.
So to say a new shareholder cannot be informed is erroneous.
But to be honest, I don't think I really want to argue the toss anymore. You clearly hold a negative stance toward TelVue, and that's entirely your prerogative. I'll leave it at that and you can moan and groan to the others, life's to short to engage in this type of back and forth.
Simply put I'll leave my final word based on your original point - to succeed as a great business in the television software and hardware industry, TelVue DOES NOT NEED to make you feel good about your investment and inform the wider market of their activities. Revenues and profits continue to rise, regardless of what any holders or non-holders think - and that's an important thing to remember.
If you want a company that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy about being a stockholder, has a beautify IR page, sends you email updates, has conference calls etc etc - then pick from any of the thousands of other listed co's who do so. Whether TEVE did this or not, it would have absolutely no bearing on them landing the next Comcast/TimeWarner/Fox/MSN server deal. To me that's the bottom line - the TelVue business is powering ahead.
