I am waiting on this next audited annual report. As a new shareholder as well as any other new shareholder yet not reading these boards, there has been ZERO communication from the company.  How would one know outside of this board that an NDA is even required.  How many companies do you have to personally write the CFO for information?? And I think I agree with you, the company does not care about the shareholders, they mean nothing to them or the majority owner.
