ITNS now a LOI with MyECheck Inc . to acquire a software license for MyECheck's patented mobile payment app. that will facilitate point of purchase transactions for medical marijuana.

So now ITNS not only has Emesyl (an anti-nausea medication in an estimated half billion dollar market), but they have now also signed a Medical Marijuana deal, and will be a Distributer. Finally, ITNS will use the MYEC California Approved Payment Application.
