Oh boo hoo. So what if a private investor got shares? What difference is that instead of PHOT getting $100 million? Did I miss something here? Yes, I get it the deal with PHOT is now moved into The Twilight Zone but it will be clarified without a doubt. Either way we still have our funding and Bill has repeatedly stated there will be no share increase of the A/S. Last I looked there were but 95 million or so shares between the A/S and O/S. Don't make mountains out of ant hills.
