For someone to pledge 20 mil for this project shows a lot of faith, a lot of trust in what management says they're doing and or going to do in the near future.
This is way better than partnering with PHOT although the terms of that deal were never disclosed in an 8k that I looked at, may have missed it so don't hold me to that.
The filings never lie so we have to wait to see all the filings then maybe we'll finally break through the mudslide that the MM's keep throwing out there.
