I don't see this law suit effecting us no matter which way it goes. The projected demand for MMJ is going to far outstrip an army of small growers. They're not asking for the licensing to be eliminated, just for allowance for people to grow their own.
One reason could be the methods in growing. I have friends who grow MMJ and use soil techniques instead of hydroponics, they have a longer grow cycle but they claim the flavor is completely different.
And we have to admit that eventually MMJ WILL be available for recreational use and so I have little doubt staying long on FITX.
Maybe we'll dip a little more so I can continue to load up.
