Sounded to me like two friends got together and engaged in a casual discussion thinking hey if we combined resources we can be a bigger player. It sounded interesting, but they have to review many aspects before it would be seriously considered. Lots of issues have to be resolved if it is found to be viable, including ownership,management teams, how the stocks and shareholders would be affected. This was just an anoouncement that it was a possibility and it is being reviewed, nothing more definitive.
