Exactly, they are considering the merger, and they had a meeting yesterday to discuss the possibility of pursuing the merger. That is all that has been released as far as I know.

Now if someone has some secret method of getting info early, I will be happy to listen, but I think it's a little early to begin jumping to conclusions.
