Yes it should do nicely once the permits are completed and the green light is given. Its the delays that make it more costly for the company to maintain its financial obligations to the big investors financing the company that concerns me. I have seen it before where government has nearly caused the collapse of a company because of the beaurocracy. So far I am pretty happy with these guys. A little worried about the government dragging their heels though.
