Whether good or bad, I tend to see it as bad for the most part, government has significant contols over all companies and this may be especially so when company can have some impact on the environment. I believe strongly that SIRG will get all of the requried permits, it just won't happen yesterday like all of the longs want. With that said, I do think the permitting process will be completed soon and with it I think we will see a significant jump in the pps.
