I think this is a valid question that Bill would have no issue clarifying for us. I believe it is a
Set Shares deal for 235,294,118 shares . But like I said I can see where this might be
a point of discussion.
I think since PHOT increased the A/S to 3 Billion shares and that is what the board approved,
then they were thinking SHARES as well and not dollar amount of 40M.
