Not to mention there is no restriction that FITX must liquidate these shares upon receipt, so
who knows if this deal could be worth more than we are calculating at the present. Bill may
see it more advantageous to hang onto some of the shares held in trust that continue to
appreciate until that time Bill possibly wants to use them as a massive share buy back. I see
PHOT as a company that will be multiple dollars as well very soon.
