The PHOT deal -- I think the 242Million shares will be worth whatever market value is at the time all requirements of the deal are met and/or at the time of the sale of the PHOT shares  by FITX.

This is very important and would be a HUGE cash injection for FITX! If we are going to look forward past the license then this deal should be clarified because again, this is huge.
