I think matoutus is cross the line by calling the affiliates to try and verify the association with punchtv. Call it DD or whatever you want too but Steve is trying to expand the business and what matoutus is doing can not be helpful to punchtv. So matoutus if you are a shareholder why would you invest in a stock where you don't trust the CEO? I feel what your are doing is drawing shareholders into a situation of conflict with the CEO. I not saying you should blindly trust a CEO but if you don't know the whole deal with punchtv and Chicago deal then you should probably not make comments to call Steve a fraud!
