can the last two candles maybe be the "Bearish Meeting Lines" pattern? Looking at the chart and indicators, I am leaning towards the opinion that .0175 will be broken to the downside. If broken, will it be a dip and bounce, or need to build lower support for an advance?

As you say, PBHG finding support in the .0017ish area...
