Texas you have pretty much hit it on the head.  If anyone cares to look at post of PHOT on Ihub when it was trading the same price they bashed it to hell.  We will survive!!  I don't think we will see below .06 now that Naked Short Selling has been done away with.  Sideways between .07-.10 for the next few weeks.  No reason why you shouldn't trade it around a core position and build your value.  Just don't sell everything cause you never know what may happen.
