Yeah to be honest I'm not sure what's going on here. It's pretty crazy that none of the recent news has had much of an effect on the PPS. I'm afraid that this is going to keep happening and the only thing that will resurrect us is the license. With the bashing clouding new investors visions, I mean the bashing is coming from just about every single angle at this point, I can't imagine anything other than the license driving the PPS up again. Bill seems like a good dude and I believe in him, I also believe in this company, however, that license is they key to our success. 

At the current rate, I don't see us sustaining that .10 close for x amount of days to up list. Unless we blow passed .10 on whatever news drives us there then I would have to assume that next time we hit .10 area there will be a tremendous amount of profit taking or people getting out even for fear that this drop will happen again. Not that those taking profits will abandon faith in the company I just think that they'll feel they can buy back in lower again.
